Participants choose the topic to discuss. We then share our thoughts and feelings on the specific topic. The climate of Conversation Cafe encourages deep conversation. With our opinions often being quite different from others in the room we always get a chance to learn, laugh and grow from these discussions.
Come see what a positive experience discussion can be! All programs at IC are free and open to the public.
Robin Zegge donates her time and incredible skill to IC and leads us in this fun program.
Robin has done Improv, clowning, and performing for most of her life. She has also worked with people with disabilities her entire life. Perfect combination for us!
Robin leads us, a group of individuals who have the widest range of disabilities and medical issues you can imagine, to perform together, act silly, laugh and sometimes even sing!
It’s fine if you're not comfortable with the idea of performing Improv but want to watch. Come along and be our audience! You will certainly have a good laugh watching us. And if you want to give Improv a try, then give it a try!
